Farm Credit Canada Drive Away Hunger Is Today

We are once again teaming up with Farm Credit Canada and Kentville Nissan to drive away hunger in the Annapolis Valley!

Today we’ll be visiting schools across the valley, collecting donations, and getting them to valley food banks.  Special thanks to:

Wolfville School
Bridgetown Regional Community School
Somerset Elementary
Evangeline Middle School
Berwick & District School
Aldershot Elementary
Cambridge Elementary

As well as businesses:
Grant Thornton
Kentville Research & Development Centre
Great Valley Juices

We would love your support too. If you have non-perishable food donations you’d like to give, feel free to drop them off at Kentville Nissan, the FCC offices in downtown Kentville (29 Cornwallis Street in the Armoury Property offices), or our Kentville studios between 10am and 3pm.

Most needed items include; pasta, rice, sauce, canned meats, packaged nuts, peanut butter, canned foods (beans, soups, stews), fresh, canned, and powdered milk, canned fruits and vegetables, flour, whole grain cereals, infant formula, and baby food

We’re helping fill valley food bank shelf’s for the fall, with the Farm Credit Canada Drive Away Hunger Food Tour, TODAY proudly supported by Kentville Nissan, and Magic 94-9!

Thanks to VanOostrum Farm Equipment for your help!
