Drinking 25 Cups Of Coffee A Day Is Safe For Your Heart! Enjoy Tim Hortons Camp Day X 25!

Drinking a lot of coffee, even as much as 25 cups a day, appears to be safe for your heart, according to new research published Monday that dismisses previous warnings that a cup of java could stiffen arteries.

Researchers from Queen Mary University of London, who analyzed more than 8,000 people in the UK, claim that even those with heavy coffee habits show no worse effects on arteries than those not even drinking a full cup.

Participants were divided into three groups depending on coffee consumption. Fung admitted that the average in the heavy-drinkers group of the study was just five cups a day, nowhere near the max of twenty-five.
